Adobe Digital Editions and the Barnes And Noble Nook Tutorial

manga on an eReader: good or bad?

i want to get a Sony eReader, but i want to read manga on it as well. you can download scans and compile them into an adobe acrobat file (which is read by the eReader), but will it display it? and if so (i would think it could, being able to do like 8 shades of black or something like that) does it look good/decently readable?

The Kindle is better in my opinion. There is an actual user review talking about this:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/redirect.html?ie=UTF8&location=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.com%2Freview%2FRXW89I2WI0QMK%3Fie%3DUTF8%26ref_%3Dcm%5Fcr%5Frdp%5Fperm&tag=querystr-20&linkCode=ur2&camp=1789&creative=390957

Yes, you can scan the manga and save it as PDF file. You can read it on both Sony Reader and Amazon Kindle without problem. But you can zoom in the PDF on Amazon so reading on it will be more convenient.

Hope this information helps.
