Should I upgrade to new nook??

I have a kindle 3 right now and I’m wondering if I should get the new nook. I do not like that with amazon I have to wait 10 minutes on the line for customer service and im thinking that going to the barnes and noble bookstore would just be a lot easier. But would the nook be worth the hassle of selling my kindle and all that?? Thanks for all answers in advance :)
