Can you sync ebooks (and bookmarks) w/ a Kobo and an iPhone?

I have an iPhone 3GS.

I am thinking of buying a Kobo eReader Touch Edition (i.e. the latest version of the Kobo eReader).

If I get the Kobo, can I read an eBook on the Kobo and then hit a button or something to make the book (and my bookmark) sync to my iPhone so that I can continue reading the book on my iPhone?

No, Kobo books are protected by Adobe Digital Editions, that’s not supported by iPhone.
But, if your ebooks are not protected, you can read Kobo EPUB books on iPhone
Step1: transfer kobo books to PC
Step2: load books to iTunes
Step3: Transfer books to iPhone via iTunes
